Cash Discount, Built Into the POS
Your menu price is the card price. When a guest pays cash, TableTurn applies the discount automatically. Card-paying guests pay exactly what's on the menu — no fee line added to their check, no surprises before they tip.

The fear is losing a night of sales during the switch. We build your menu before go-live and schedule the install around your service hours, so you aren't learning a new system in the middle of a rush.

What does "free POS" actually mean?
You use our TableTurn hardware at no charge for as long as you're processing with us. You don't buy it and you don't lease it — it stays ours, and it comes back if you leave. Processing through Electronic Payments is required.
Are there monthly software fees?
Not on the current program. That's a program offer, not a contract term, so it can change in the future. I'll tell you exactly where it stands before you sign.
What costs extra?
Remote kitchen printers and kitchen display (KDS) screens. The KDS has no monthly fee, but it does require an Elo Backpac5 compute module running Android 14. I'll quote any of these up front.
How does cash discount show up on the check?
Card-paying guests pay the menu price, with no extra fee line. Guests paying cash see a discount on their check. See my cash discount page for the full explanation.
Can I switch from Toast without closing?
That's the plan. Menu setup, installation, and staff training are included. Your team is trained one-on-one before install day, the menu is built before go-live, and the install is scheduled around your service hours.
What happens if my internet goes down?
TableTurn has an offline mode that keeps transactions running during internet outages.
