Equipment Stays With the Program

If you close your business or leave the program, the hardware is returned. If you stay, it's yours to use as long as you process with us.

Restocking fees apply if hardware is returned outside the program: $1,000 within the first 90 days, $500 from day 91 to day 365, and no restocking fee after one year. We talk through every detail before you sign — no fine-print surprises.

Is there a contract?

You'll sign a standard merchant processing agreement that includes your chosen 0% processing program and a structured rate schedule. The placement piece works as long as you keep processing with us.

Can I add a second register later?

Yes. Most stores start with one station and add a second when volume grows. Two-station placements are available up front for stores that need it day one.

What if I'm already processing somewhere else?

That's the typical case. We'll review your current statement, walk you through the three 0% processing options, and handle the switch. You don't need to be new to credit card processing — you just need to be new to Quality Card Services.

What if my volume is low?

The program has a minimum monthly processing requirement to keep the hardware free. We'll talk through your numbers on the first call so there are no surprises.
